Eclipse, an event management company, partnered with NDC to design, manage, and install 22 partner stands, 6 catering stands, networking spaces, and directional signage for the NDC London Expo held at the Queen Elizabeth II Centre. The event aimed to provide a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for networking, along with showcasing various partner exhibits. 

The Challenge 

The NDC London Expo presented several challenges for the Eclipse team, including: 

1. Rapid expansion from 6 to 22 partner stands across two floors without additional installation time. 
2. A malfunctioning loading bay lift during the installation. 
3. Meeting tight print deadlines for 22 different partners. 

Solutions & Execution 

Despite these challenges, the Eclipse team was able to deliver outstanding results: 

1. Efficient management and coordination by the account director, event producer, scenic production managers, carpenters, riggers, local crew, and AV technicians. 
2. Transforming a bland space into a vibrant networking area with drapes, festoon lighting, rustic furniture, soft furnishings, and plants. 
3. Providing support and flexibility to accommodate the client’s evolving requirements.

Results
