Here at Eclipse we pride ourselves on delivering event excellence, which is why we so often see our clients returning year-on-year for event production and management that seamlessly aligns with not just their goals, but their brand and audience.
With Fleet News and its annual awards ceremony it’s been no different. Having worked on the prestigious event for over five years, supporting celebrations of those serving the fleeting sector, Eclipse is fully embedded with the vision of the event organisers Bauer Media and was therefore perfectly positioned to overcome any event barriers enforced by COVID-19, all without compromise.
With restrictions on venue capacities persisting in July, to eliminate any uncertainties with event capabilities amidst the pandemic the annual celebrations took to the outdoors for the first time since its existence, as 900 nominees, attendees, sponsors and celebrity guests took to Ascot Racecourse for a special Summer Garden Party.
Providing immersive event production in an environment returning to the racecourse for the first time since the pandemic began, Eclipse undertook rigorous audits and checks to identify opportunities and overcome challenges that would provide the ultimate event experience.
With experience always front-of-mind, whether for the event organiser or the delegates themselves, Eclipse’s team of experts went above and beyond to ensure that no stone was left unturned. With the event requiring an additional power source, our team of experts noted the disruption that would be caused by the noise of the standard generator, instead sourcing a silenced generator so as to avoid any distraction from the main proceedings.
So, whether you’re re-assessing your event plans, want peace of mind that your event is in the hands of the experts or just want to take your events to new heights, get in touch with our expert team to find out more about our suite of solutions and how we can support you.
Thank you to each and everyone of you for making the Fleet News Awards Summer Garden Party such a success! It was certainly a first and there were some challenges but we did it and the production elements looked absolutely amazing on the day.
