Event Overview: 

The London Energy Forum, hosted by S&P, brought together industry leaders and professionals in a two-day conference. Eclipse was tasked with creating an engaging environment to facilitate discussions and presentations on energy sector developments. 

The Challenge: 

The main challenge involved transforming the main plenary space, Enterprise 1 + 2, into two separate breakout areas during a lunch break without disrupting the flow of the event. This required a rapid yet seamless transition, maintaining the professional atmosphere of the forum. 

Eclipse’s Solution: 

Eclipse devised an innovative and adaptable stage design to meet the unique demands of the London Energy Forum: 

• Custom Stage Set: Developed a full-width stage set with dual projection screens and 22K projectors, featuring a clean white backdrop with fret cut branding and built-in LED strips. 
• Adaptable Design: Engineered the stage set to be effortlessly split in half for the afternoon breakout sessions, ensuring a swift and smooth transition. 
• Efficient Planning: Prepped the stage for quick modification during the lunch break, including pre-carpeted staging blocks for easy removal and reassembly. 
• Professional Presentation: Provided light grey stage furniture, glass coffee tables, and dual 55” comfort monitors to enhance the speaking environment. 

Results and Client Feedback: 

The client lauded Eclipse’s ability to deliver a slick and smoothly run event, particularly highlighting the effective transition between plenary and breakout sessions. The meticulous planning and execution allowed the conference to continue without interruption, enhancing the overall participant experience. 

Future Collaborations: 

The success of the London Energy Forum has led to a re-booking by S&P for an upcoming event in June at the Hilton Tower Bridge, reinforcing the strong partnership between Eclipse and S&P.
