Eclipse was entrusted with designing the stage set, generating all on-screen content, writing the script, and managing the event on-site. The objective was to provide a seamless, captivating, and memorable experience for all attendees.
Challenges and Solutions
Grosvenor House, one of London’s busiest venues, posed challenges due to its strict curfews, making loading in and out a complex task. Additionally, other productions were scheduled either before or after the Fleet News Awards Ceremony, requiring careful planning.
We skilfully addressed these challenges by thoroughly coordinating each aspect of the event, ensuring deadlines were met, and executing the event smoothly.
