Eclipse have been delivering the Education World Forum in London for over 12 years.
The event attracts ministers and delegations to debate future practice in education. We are proud to partner with them to bring engagement and new technologies into their event spaces.
Each year Eclipse design and build the main plenary, breakout meeting spaces and exhibition in central London.
In 2023, we saw a record number of sponsors sign up to exhibit and we were on hand to ensure our client is supported from start to finish, managing floorplans, signage and full technical and creative production.
The main stage set incorporated large LED walls for content, dynamic light boxes and custom scenery, creating an engaging and vibrant visual for the world to see. We use stock tension fabric systems for the main expo delivery, providing sponsors affordable, attractive display solutions. Many of the exhibitors opt to keep their backdrop for future events and we are always keen to promote the re-usable nature our methods. We also offer fully bespoke design and build which has seen us integrate technology into the brand spaces for a more unique experience.
