We were asked to create a vibrant and exciting environment for Clarins 2022 internal meeting & training conference at a popular London venue. Working to a comprehensive design brief, we implemented feature custom builds, venue branding and dressing to transform the space for this week long event.
Sometimes our clients know exactly what they want and we are here to listen. It was a true pleasure to collaborate with their brand team to bring their concepts to life. We created innovative display solutions and utilised awkward spaces to create a journey full of colour. Fresh lemon trees filled the hallways with scent and larger than life props added an element of fun. Almost all the deliverables were re-usable with a conscious effort made to minimise waste materials.
This was a full technical and scenic production, incorporating arrival experiences, breakout meeting spaces, product reveals and plenary set-up.
