Coach Event Production

Requirements for the Event Production
With the venue for 2015 being bigger and the attendance also larger we were working to a ‘bigger & better’ brief that also reflected the 75th anniversary of the brand. The main space had three purposes; Conference during day one, Gala Dinner & Awards for the evening of day one and for four workshops on day two.
Coach are a modern luxury fashion brand. Their heritage is leather so we worked this important brand message into a matte black leather set. We complimented this with in-built pixel lights & a white glossy PVC stage – both adding a monochrome & sleek feel.
As the first day was split into three sections all requiring the space to be used differently we had to come up with time sensitive solutions to deliver this. For the conference we installed two temporary walls that hid products at either end of the room. These temporary walls also acted as a display for leather hides to be hung for the second day workshops.
The brand was working with a new campaign with a strong influence of ‘American Cool’ to bring this to the gala dinner & awards we projected B&W images onto trevira that draped the room. We also sourced a New York Taxi photo booth and a LED video dance floor. All the extra elements combined with an amazing lighting design from our in-house lighting designer transformed the space.
