Eclipse was chosen to produce an important marketing seminar for the European Lotteries Association in London after other production companies failed to deliver to standard at previous events.

Held in the Ballroom at Marriott Grosvenor Square, the event was attended by 200 people and included key members of international lottery bodies and high-profile providers of services to the lottery industry.

Eclipse was asked to create an interesting backdrop for the conference, allowing for integration with re-designed branding which was provided just a few weeks prior to the event. We opted for a vibrant chili theme, enforcing the events’ ‘what’s hot, what’s not’ theme.

Close attention to detail was required for the printing of the canvas wraps for the set, with the artwork including many fine elements that were critical to the branding and look of the set. The client was thrilled with the finish.

Eclipse supplied all technical and AV support for the event, including real-time polling tool Sli-do, a separate PA system and specialist microphones for a 12-piece choir.

Many of the conference’s presenters also requested last-minute revisions to slides, which were expertly edited by members of the Eclipse team so that everything was correct and ran smoothly during presentations.

With European Lotteries experiencing issues with other production companies in the past, they were keen to find one that could deliver this event with no hiccups. Eclipse didn’t disappoint and produced a seamless event for the client.
